That's the point.
Corporations and individuals should have the same freedom to avoid taxes.
Unfortunately, you can't do that, without exceeding an income threshhold for professional Anderson-type CPA firm to cook the books.
For simple tax-avoidance it's in the six figures.
For offshore tax avoidance it's in the seven figures
To eliminate any taxes and buy your own politicians it's 8 or 9 figures.

Thus, it runs counter to progressive tax, and becomes regressive, where the more you make, the more you can get away with.

It just needs to be disclosed, if you are routing dollars away from the treasury into politicians pockets, you have an unfair advantage over the citizenry that pays for this country. That disclosure has to include offshore accounts, such as Enron's.

The reason you're such a big defender of off-shore tax havens (scams) might be because you advise your clients ... both corporate and individual ... to send their money to the Lesser Antilles instead of the U.S. of A.

I suspect you might actually have a personal dog in this fight.
