Edit..."...or helpful to anybody..."

Yes. I was thinking that also. But I was trying to focus on a concern for Mr. D.

Chris. I wish you had not made an issue of the PMs.

I am starting to feel like a double agent here and it is very uncomfortable.

Except it's that nothing useful or helpful to anybody, not just me, would come out of the postings.

That is grossly unfair. Doesn't Poet count?

It will be helpful to Poet to have it shown that she did nothing, nothing whatever, to deserve your stalking, insinuating, harassing, your unwanted attentions.

She has suffered enough from the insinuations and stalking. She has made the decision that will stop them, and retroactively make their untruthfulness and unfairness obvious to all.

There is a reason, CH, that you could not offer a hypothetical PM or Email that would justify your persecutions of Poet over these months.

Well, now you don't have to make one up.

Post the PM's. Post the emails. Show everyone what made you think you had the right to pursue her, to hell with her anguish, to hell with what her husband wanted, to pursue her with your insinuating, crude, unwelcome attentions?

Show us.

Poet asks you to do what you have said you could, and convinced JCD you could -- justify with her communications what you have done to her.

I ask you to either justify it or abjectly apologize and admit that out of your obsession, you created a secret and fictional history and pretended that all it needed was Poet's permission for you to justify your treatment of her.

This is what you wrote this morning:

If you can get Poet to approve me disclosing information about our relationship which occurred during private exchanges, I will discuss them.

Now do it, as you promised.

Although you may have a point, I am afraid that you are making a serious error in not posting some of the material that you have alluded to. You should at least establish the tenor of your relationship, as a context in which to judge subsequent events.........
