"I see this happening a lot already -- many food places and many items at the grocery are also up pretty good" I own a restaurant in the upper midwest and this year after the first two quarters Sysco Corp our main supplier has raised prices at an annualized rate of 5.2%. Spring is new menu time around here and after visiting other restaurants and speaking with other owners were raising our prices more aggressively than we have in the tens years I've owned it.
