We sold a service business including the building and are holding a CD for the transaction. The business is located in one of the Minneapolis suburbs. The property taxes went up 30% this year and the current owner had to raised prices to cover these costs as well as some others. The owner deserves an increase in profits based on a higher cost base. This whole system is out of control!!!!!!!
