I never liked that BoP character from day one ... funny how sometimes you form instant judgments that stick ... he was sidekick to the Gabard character, to whom i posted one day early on iHub, as an invitation to the dance, just a little poking fun at words, 'tortuous' against 'tortious' i think it was .... anyway BoP encouraged G to delete all posts involved, i saved some on the Say What You Like thread [ticker FREE], but sadly not the ones to which i was replying, which were hilarious ..... 'intelligent and articulate' - yes, that's what's scarey imho, gotta be some nefarious agenda there to end up with those chosen positions on discussion Whereas mmmary i really liked, from the start ... first posts of hers i noticed were on Jeff's lawsuits thread i think .... general impression of calm thoughtful person, generated largely no doubt from the laudable use of good plain lowercase typing .... but now, i don't know what she's on about 'And really high-quality naysayers are in dreadfully short supply.' - exactly, such an animal is valuable for that reason ... the old days are gone though, as far as so many of feeling territorial rights to SI while sleazeballs were breaking in using the threads to spam their garbage non-reporting BB crap du jour ... everybody gotta sink or swim by their ownself now, maybe 'the largest number of page views' - ah, yes ... ya think one day one of 'em will figure out the Real Ulterior Motive, lol

So far, you've deflected the attacks with astounding skill. You not only survived with your reputation untarnished, you also permitted your opponents to destroy their credibility completely and thoroughly through their own efforts. I'm sure that I'm not alone in viewing many posts on this thread as the work of yet another nut-case fulminating over some imaginary shortcoming of Bob. It's entertaining to watch them accept your rope with glee, and then promptly hang themselves. Cheers, PW.
