How many rounds did they take before they figured out that anonymity was preferred? Dunno but i do know that both trucks and aquaducts were being bombed and shot at. Goes back a few years so I can't give ya dates but indeed it occured. Seems the little farmers of the Upper Owens had a problem with having their water diverted. Been to Mono Lake? Used to be nice. But hell, all the "anarchist" have long since gone broke and moved away so all is quiet now. I had no idea the water consumption ratios were the way they are. Don't tell folks in Santa Barbara where they get fined for having maladjusted sprinklers. Regarding the Agra/welfare just passed, that is precisely why I'm not "a Republican".
