What law says a country with laws equivalent to a constitution (like England, for example), needs a document labeled "constitution"?

A better question is why no Muslim state has free elections, or freedom of speech. Will the PaleSTAINians adhere to a constitution guranteeing such rights?

England is the largest division of the UK, which has no written constitution.

Did you know that the High Court of Israel ruled that the State of Israel does not exist? So, the Palestinians have recognized Israel's right to exist, while the Israelis have not. LOL!
