Note that N2Broadband a partner of CCUR. accessatlanta.com Key paragraph: A: Time Warner will use our technology to manage business functions of video on demand. It's the first commercial deployment of that product. Cable operators are shifting their spending. They're spending less on infrastructure investment --- upgrading networks to digital --- and more on the services side. They're spending on installing products, like video on demand, that can drive revenue on the upgraded networks
