Really don't think either side wins in a strike

It's just a plot to keep the Bosox from winning the series.

I'll bet MLB tries to get a piece of that action too -g/ng-

I really believe these guys are clueless and continue to chop off a toe each step of the way until they can't stand up any more. Ever notice where our youth is spending more and more of their time nowadays? Boarding, BMX, soccer, X- Games, videos... Locally, more and more soccer fields (also used by the Ultimate frizz group) are being built (there must be at least 300 in our greater metro area already). Baseball is in grave danger of losing their future fan base. Local LL signups are down and the only growth is coming from girl's signing up now. So unless MLB foresees breaking down another barrier (fat chance), I for one hope Selig, Fehr and that jerk Boros get exactly what they deserve. I see the Texas owner is now feeling some pain. Baseball is about to pop a major bubble, after building all those elegant stadiums, many of them are now empty.

BTW, besides LL and HS, check out a fast pitch game some day, the women can really bring it at the college level!

cheers, and hope you're staying dry!
