This is not stonewalling. Just because Bush/Cheney puts operational security ahead of the inevitable "Who shot John?" it does not equate to stonewalling. No one in their right mind believes that if Bush has specfic actionable intelligence he would not have acted. No doubt this is a massive intelligence failure. It looks to me as if signficant steps have already been taken to make sure that in future the pieces fit together much better. For instance the Offfice of Homeland Secuirty has been created. The Chief of Counter-Intelligence at the FBI has been replaced. I can wait on the rest....
