With the competency of the FBI and CIA it would not surprise me to see them release anyone prematurely. This country has become far to worried about its international image and the fear of lawsuits than with protecting its citizens. I have no problem with law enforcement or airport security taking a closer look at people with a middle eastern look. I have a mediterranean look and have had my baggage hand inspected on almost every flight I have been on since 9/11. Doesnt bother me. If I have to face extra scrutiny to ensure a repeat of 9/11 does not happen, so be it. I don't think racial profiling equals racism.
