kinda the areas of adoption and growth prospects for new CDMA 2.5g-3G vs GSM is where growth will be. Companies like NOK whom refused to accept that will, and are being crushed. Nok will be like MOT was in the early 90's when they refused to move fast enough into DIGITAL from analog. Nok has been so buzy trying to get industry to adopt its standard when Nok wants that it has been left in the dust. CDMA/CDMA 1xrt(fast data CDMA) manufacturers have color screens, super long batteries, PDA's etc whille NOK cant master making a decent CDMA chip. Meanwhille Qcom will have a dual mode GSM/CDMA chip and a 1xrt upgrade for GSM when this happens it will be lights out for NOK. IMHO. I think NOK is a dell type business modell, without the sophistication of DELL manufacturing smarts. They will be marginalised by low cost Asian manufacturers in CHINA and ASIA
