re, "First line defense on the e-mail front for me is to not use Outlook" i couldn't agree more. only reason i still keep netscape around is its email client, messenger. i have no idea why, but virus writers never attack messenger. i use nav too, and keep my virus defs super fresh. that combined with not using outlook or outlook express has been a great contributing factor to having been virus-free for all the years i've been computing. :)
