Delisting is not an automatic even following the 90-day period. NASDAQ will likely consider the financial situation and prospects for the company. So long as INAP continues to show improvement in its path toward profitability, I think there is a good chance NASDAQ will simply wait. INAP meets the other listing requirements, so a reverse split would always be an option if it comes to that.
