Why would he go that far?' Even his enemies cant deny that back when Anthony was more vocal here, he would put alot of his short posts in real time for all to see and to say those calls were 'stunning' is an understatement.. Remember SNUS? ENMD? STMP? ZIXI? The list is huge... Hell- the money Anthony made going long IMCL alone, or remember the 300 points on QCOM? in a month? probably amounted to more than anything he possibly could have made trading on Inside Information?? Even the amount of money that was alledged to have been wired.. WE are talking about chump change when considering.. I certainly wont sit here and defend Anthony.. Hes got enough of a checkered past to make me believe he could possibly be as guilty as sin here, and its no secret that my reason for leaving the group several years ago was because I honestly didnt trust him based on his past when it was exposed little by little.. but lets not forget that we live in America, and although the old 'innocent until proven guilty' is a very hard sell these days, I still believe that.. IN the early 80s, our leaders sold the people a war on drugs.. Very few people understood at the time what was happening, and what the war was REALLY about.. They simply wanted their kids to stop using drugs, and it was such an urgent concern that they were willing to allow our leaders to erode our civil rights. I see they already moved to seize his cars, home, etc etc.. and anytime I see that it brings tears to my eyes.. If in the end hes found guilty? put him in a prison and feed him bread and water.. No luxury prison bullshit like his last vacation.. but he deserves his day in court- and from how I see it, the Government/Media has already made their decision, and hes guilty as sin.. -- Incidentally, I recall shortly after 9/11 some folks on s/i were mentioning how Anthony made some calls such as 'sell all longs' just before the disaster.. Interesting how this is all connected to the mess as well.. Trust nobody.. nobody.. that about sums up the life of an investor trying to squeeze a profit out of this corrupt game.. If Anthony is found guilty, I hope he spends the rest of his life behind bars in a REAL prison.. but right now- he is innocent.. I will anxiously be awaiting this trial.
