Seems like we're a little short on indictments...let alone trials and CONVICTIONS

Getting back to you regarding the radio issue bored me, but since you asked. Public radio would be off the air if it depended on listeners. Although it has been on the air for decades, its listenership doesn't come close to the level engendered by dozens of conservative talk show hosts around the country. In other words, although liberals desperately want to believe public radio has impact, its largely an irrelevant force in the shaping of public opinion.

Regarding your broader observations: More and more media personalities are trying to break into the radio-talk realm because of the popularity of the format. The growing influence and success of the format is therefore self-evident. If it wasn't popular, we wouldn't be seeing so many people trying to get into the business.

AM radio was largely dead as a format until Rush Limbaugh came along 13 years ago. He, for all practical purposes, created an entire new industry by pursuing his vision. You may childishly snipe away at him on a routine basis in an effort to promote your liberal agenda, but you'll never change that.
