Hi Ron,

I agree that HUD is wasteful. But that pales in comparison to the profligate waste within the DoD. Sen. Robert Byrd recently and pointedly asked Secy. Rumsfeld in Congessional hearings about the "$2,300,000,000,000.00 that is unaccounted for" in DoD books since the 1950's. It's a record of waste and corruption that makes HUD waste look like a rounding error.
