Those are the right questions.

You can divide those into trade, and militarization/de-militarization.

The old school seems to think greater militarization by the US means greater security.

The last 50 years shows the opposite, that sufficient defense is more secure than overblown military posture, which like a hammer that thinks everything is a nail, finds excuses to intervene everywhere, and is the answer to everything. Worse, with the colossal secret police force, it becomes a magnet for secret deals that quickly run counter to American national security. And it even affects the domestic political scene, I think it will be shown, eventually.

Nothing like a self-interested runaway military that has clandestine influence on the media, politics and finance, to really screw things up, and ensure a fully militarized economy and culture.

This is speculation, not to be confused with proven fact.
But there is sufficient fact pattern to investigate these issues, and I'm glad people like Mike Ruppert don't back down. Right or wrong, these leads need exposure.

Bottom line: accountability is an absolute requirement, and is the opposite of the secrecy under which foreign policy operates currently, and non-representation by the American people and their tax dollars.

Do you think Americans would want to buy excess plutonium to get it off the market?? You're damn right. Has the administration (or Congress for that matter) asked that question? Hell no. They sit in their militarized ivory towers telling Americans they may well get radiated, so "live with it".

Nothing is more ridiculous or dangerous than that disconnect between the ambitions of these political parasites, and the people they've forgotten they serve.

A day of reckoning will come.
