Tom, the absolute last thing I'd think our government would want to do is turn Elgindy into a cause célèbre for racial profiling of Muslims. I mean, heck, his brother is a Washington based lobbyist for the Arab American community... does anyone really think he is going to remain quiet about this? For better of worse, I fear we might be hearing more about the 9/11 allegations than the stock manipulation charges that presumably led to his arrest. - Jeff
