Gary -- you're flying off the handle buddy... just because a person subscribed to his website and profited from it does not make him/her guilty. a person who subscribes to his website would likely not have a clue as to how or where anthony gets his information. the motive would be to be a part of selling short stocks that are junk and reaping profits. and to my knowledge there is no law against wanting to make a profit in the market. THAT IS WHAT EVERYBODY IS HERE FOR. just as people pay money to subscribe to website where the strategy is to go LONG on stocks that have the potential to appreciate. i doubt anthony ever said on his site ''OK GUYS I HAVE CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION OBTAINED BY ILLEGALLY ACCESSING FBI DATA BASES THAT LEADS ME TO BELIEVE STOCK XYZ IS GREAT SHORT " of course, if he did say something like that - IT WOULD CERTAINLY BE A RED FLAG :) Lazarus

here is a question for ya gary... ...if tony did receive discounted or free shares from companies in order to call off the shorts...do you think he said to his subscribers: "OK FOLKS THE COMPANY JUST GAVE ME SOME FREE SHARES SO ITS TIME TO COVER YOUR SHORT POSITION AND DRIVE THE SHARE PRICE UP SO I CAN SELL MY SHARES." IN OTHER WORDS --- if tony was doing the things they say he was doing it is highly unlikely that Joe [600 per month] subscriber had ANY knowledge of what was going on. Lazarus
