Bush haters may poo-poo the importance of such a huge nuclear disarmament agreement. But the reality is it's quite an achievement, and will help our nation continue in it's struggle of preventing a nuclear war. Not to mention the cost savings in weapons deployment.

As for the economy. It looks like thanks to Bush's tax-cut we have avoided a recession.
