I agree to a degree but they could turn over the database to the IRS to check compliance on the 1040 and other things.

There is a lot they could do but they want it broke up just like TMex, Stocks4Tomorrow, Futurestocks and so many more.

But over and over they claim the email and database profited from the Rico activities and that makes it a whole different ballgame.

Just have to sit back and watch.

:-) Gary

You should consider the various permutations surrounding the word Enterprise.
On another note, I suppose the word Jihad is used often by Muslims.

"Not to be outdone, speaking at the second session on public service, Khaled I. Elgindy,
pointed out that public service is in fact, for Muslims in America, a form of jihad as well as a
form of dawah. As a researcher for Commission on International Religious Freedom, Khaled
noted the importance of Muslims presenting the human face of Islam at their place of work. "

I would bet most of his clients were not knowledgeable
about his methods (whatever they were.) If they knew
of his methods legal or illegal they would done them themselves and saved $600 per month. He wasn't all that
organized either - I saw him change his mind 3 times in an afternoon on SUNW.
