No I have a history of going after illegal and scammongers and yes even the foul rhetoric shorters ... I have always been against this and written many articles, emails and what not to expose it and have transparency on offshore shorting. Short & Distort is worse than P&D any far easier to accomplish. This is a great day in the market and hopefully the government now sees how evil this S&D is compared to P&D or any other market manipulation scheme. I think they do which is why they charged it under RICO. :-) Gary
