No, the alleged enterprise was composed of Tony and members of his club which presumably was fueled by large sums of money which easily could sway normal trading patterns... especially in OTCBB stocks. Tony knows this better than anyone. Overvalued? Well, they sure decreased in value after Tony and Club got hold of 'em! :-)) It becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy if he makes a call of an 'overvalued' and thinly-traded OTCBB stock and then pummels it with heavy short interest and disparaging messageboard comments from he and his alleged 'Enterprise'. >Are you a scammer? promoter? hypester? ceo of one of those scammy companies? Certainly you understand the purpose of RICO Law which can only be used in instances of alleged criminal activity motivated by economic gain. The confiscation is designed to prevent the fruits of ill-gotten wealth to corrupt the justice system... and to hinder the flight of the suspects and potential conspirators (Tony held dual American/Egyptian citizenship and property in Lebanan). As an apparent ardent ACLU supporter you understand that all Americans are guaranteed legal representation against all criminal complaints regardless of ability to pay... and no one doubts that Tony still has the ability to pay.
