2. Don't you think it's betraying the US to bribe federal agents, if it is established that he did this? Don;t recall hearing bribery as one of the charges. i also believe that when it all comes out in the wash those payments from cleveland to royer will turn out to be noithing more than payment of profit for trades authorized to be made on royer's behalf. THis is only speculation that i deduced by looking at dates listed in the indictment and the charges levied. It mentions insider trading, not bribery.
