Count-- the PROOF or lack of will come out during the trial. There is no need to hurry any investigation of serious matters in order to be fair to all. Additionally, it will be up to a jury to "judge" him,, not posters on the I-net. I DO believe he is guilty of most charges and wish the prosecutors well,,, but he will only be punished for the charges proven beyond a shadow of a doubt,, unlike the companys (and his subscribers) he decided to punish for his personnal gain. Still, he is innocent until PROVEN guilty in front of 12 jurors. However, it seems unlikely he will hide in Lebanon or anywhere else while Bubba is keeping him occupied.

I, for one, know where to "draw the line" re the prosecutor's charge that Tony may have had foreknowledge of 9/11. Having read Tony's posting on SI and on his private site from 1998 - 2000, I believe Tony had no foreknowledge whatsoever of 9/11. Also, having lived in NYC for 9+ years after graduating college in Philadelphia, it does not surprise me that this media-seeking, prejudiced or non-objective "legal professional" would make such a "racist" allegation without having absolute evidence proving this foreknowledge. It is surprising to me how many posters on SI, who have not known or read Tony's messages since he started posting here on SI during 1998, have the nerve to prejudge Tony based upon these allegations. I guess these posters are the same ones who buy stocks according to the latest analyst recommendation and/or from a stock recommendation that they hear on CNBC. They should live in France where, I believe, you are guilty until proven innocent. Maybe they are just looking for someone or something to vent their hatred.
