Terry, To be fair, they are in a new kind of war and, like generals everywhere, they are only prepared to fight the last war. The Brits and the Israelis have been battling terrorists for decades. However, since neither has been remarkably successful, I don't know that we should take too much of their advice. We are more like the Germans who were totally left-footed during the attack on the Israeli dorms during the Olympics.
