Was never a member of the site. The cars the U Haul know nothing about but what you say makes more sense than most. I followed his thread looking for possibles. I was not likely to send him the ask for the private site and was under no illusions as to who and what he was/is!

The 9/11 "connection" amazes me as to how it seems based on a few facts and a racial profile. Would someone please explain to Mary what is going on. Seems a nice person without a clue.

FBI info not a problem, extortion?..... depends on your definition and morals. Criminals?....yes, but wiring funds to an FBI agent? criminally stooopid!

The first group is also going to have a rude awakening - from the Government.

Tony needed Lieutenants to effectuate his scheme. Some of the people who helped him with his scheme will be coined dupes. However, the dupes could still be facing charges depending on the circumstances of the whole case.

The inner circle had better be getting their ducks in a row and figuring out what they have to use to make a deal if the Government decides to come after them.

If one knows that information is coming from the FBI and it is information that is not accessible to the general public , would anyone who knew that information be subject to prosecution? Or would it take some "act"? Where will the government draw the line? Would the excuse that the person had his computer on, was accessing the site, but just didn't happen to see that alert be sufficient to clear one? What if one didn't make a trade on that information, but still went out to the message boards and supported Tony in his endeavor. Would he be deemed an accessory?

The RICO statute is a weighty statute. One can believe he is completely innocent, and may even be completely innocent..but if the Government comes after you under the RICO statute your life will becoming a living hell.

So why the hell were you trying to cheat the landscaper out of money? Were you trying to gain something from that post? You go to court with a landscaper who is suing you for payment for their services, you lose the case and have a judgement against you, then you try to hide your assetts from this landscaper instead of just paying them? Damn Anthony, that is dispicable. Do I have my facts straight here? Pay your bills Anthony. If you aren't satisfied with what they did, then you don't call them back. But you don't cheat them out of their money.
