Re: P.S. India is a non-aligned country and do not have to hire a any PR agency.

IPAN is India's leading public affairs and public relations consulting firm. Founded in 1988, IPAN continues to serve some of the finest organizations in the world including Commerce One, Hindustan Lever Ltd, Ford India Ltd, and the HCL Group. An associate of Hill & Knowlton in India, in a non-exclusive relationship, IPAN has offices in Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai and Bangalore, and representation in other major Indian cities.

IPAN has been in step with major business developments in the country consequent to the opening up of the Indian economy: among others, the entry of Pepsi in the face of a concerted campaign against it; the launch of Citibank's consumer banking business in what was then a highly regulated environment; the entry of foreign telecom majors like British Telecom, Hughes, Alcatel and Nokia; the clearance of the Enron power project in the face of orchestrated opposition; and the revolution in information technology spearheaded by companies such as Intel, Cisco Systems and the home-grown HCL Group.

I guess IPAN spinmeisters will soon add to their "achievements list" the spinning of the Kashmir crisis into a bogus anti-terrorist crusade....

As for India being a non-aligned power, I think it's time for you to update your geopolitics files.... "Non-alignment" was a buzzword of the 1970s (Yougoslavia/Tito, Egypt/Nasser, India/Nerhu, Bandung Summit, etc) Since the collapse of the soviet Union, non-alignment's been meaningless.
