Brilliant, Frank,

You get post of the day. And, I feel your pain, just not nearly as much of it.

Good to see you still have your humor. My guess is that PGO will recover, but I dont see it dealing with a suitor from a very strong position.

Good luck and patience may be all thats needed to reap the rewards of PGO.

Frank,

Getamortage.com is offering a special for all PGO holders. You can now get a home equity loan for 150% of your home equity.

The only catch is the proceeds have to be used to by more PGO.

har har har!!!

It is *almost* worth seeing a new low in PGO...
just so we could have an update with your job at KMart. Hopefully you were careful with the presentation of the display items in the Martha Stewart section. Presentation, of course, is "a good thing"....and always must be carefully considered.

Be warned though that you just might start to see signs of Martha Stewart Disease if you spend too much time working in this section.

Some signs of Martha Stewart Disease are:

You've made a doormat with a sunflower design on it out of old bottle-caps.

You have tie-dyed all of your T-shirts with dyes made from vegetables grown in your garden.

You've made wind chimes out of old coconut shells.

Your hedges have all been pruned to resemble chess pieces.

Your salads consist mainly of nasturtiums and pansies.

You serve wine to your guests in conch shells.

Frank, reading your story about yourself and your gracious wife makes me proud to be an American. You have outstanding spirit and determination.

I am willing to vote my PGO shares in your behalf if you wish to stand for company director or spokesperson (assuming that I am not forced to declare personal bankruptcy and that my PGO shares are not taken away from me).

Best wishes to a great American.

Larry

Frank,

Re: Several of you have written expressing sympathy for my PGO losses. I appreciate those kind words.

When the chips are down, I find it is good to have someone to commiserate with. And now I've found just the person for you:

Sorry to report, but Solid won't be able to respond. He seems to have become incorporeal or at least intangible or at least that seems to be what happened to his new worth, I reckon. Now he's one of SI's ghost writers in the sky.....

Happy Trails, Ray
