Grim indeed! I think it was a year or so ago that I posted about how little of the fiber already in the ground was lit-up, something less than 10% if I remember right.
Anyway, once I read that, they were all shorts, the whole sector, everything in it.

I can't seem to find ny original post on the fiber subject, but this was a nice follow-up, and is still good educational reading.
