Ed, yes If the ceo of npct has been sued three times by the SEC for fraud for different companies which went bankrupt and investors lost millions, then he is a con man. If the ceo of npct has made promises of profits for the past 30 years for a few companies and NEVER delivered, he's a liar. If the ceo of npct releases news about deals coming with these big names companies who when contacted state they've never heard of him, then he is a scammer. I believe I am justified in stating this opinion. I believe the people on the boards calling me osama bin mary and stating the fbi will be at my door to arrest me any moment are not justified.
