Well, darn, I guess you caught me then didn't you.

Yes, I should have stated how I meant the term moot.

I used it as an adjective, to describe the word point.

And I used it to mean:

2 : deprived of practical significance : made abstract or purely academic

Now, perhaps you feel it is a worthy pursuit, discussing matters void of practicial significance. I do not.

You may not like the decision of the Justice Department, but your liking it or not, is void of practical significance.

I apologize, for not making it clear to you, how I was using the word 'moot'.
