SilverGohrilla: been watching Sil, PAAS, SSRI, which you listed last week, hitting 52wk+, heavier volume. considering entry, do you think any pullback.

p.s. serious about Big Cap Dead Pool. JPM, Barrick so far. Any others. I say AT&T.

Thanks for info. Very helpful. But one thing that I don't understand is the higher beta for the coins? Is that "collector value" related?

I would figure that collector value or that kind of thing would be a force toward limiting the size of the market since I'm assuming only a limited set of people from the set of silver acquirers would also "buy in" to the added collector value premium. This would tend to compress the beta as the price increased - a kind of market saturation.

BTW, I am not trying to deprecate the idea of collector value since I assume the same forces must be at work in other investments as well.

Because even in my bullish years I always believed in a comeuppance, many years ago I bought gold and silver, just to keep in an underground safe I have. It has sat there going down in price for years. I never thought about it because it's and "emergency fund". And I have had no emergencies yet.
But now for the first time in years and years all that stuff I bought is above the price I paid for it.
Cycles. Cycles. Cycles.
I wish I'd understood earlier.
