DFIB...I don't understand something here.

"In consideration of the early repayment of the secured note, certain Survivalink institutional shareholders agreed to lock-up the balance of their remaining Cardiac shares for an additional 10 months beyond the previously agreed lock-up expiration date of June 26, 2002. These shareholders in aggregate hold approximately [4.2] million of the total remaining [6] million shares subject to the lock-up. During the new 10-month lock-up period, only 10 percent of such shares will be freely tradable each month."

How can you have an added 10 month lock up, but then say that 10% of such shares will be freely tradable each month???

At least the put a floor under the warrants of 3.00 and a teaser at 4.00.....Looks like a beautiful support and resistance trader to me for nearly at year!!!!!!!!!!
