the USS Cole. That didn't happen while Osama Bin Laden was in Sudan. Neither did the embasy bombings in Africa. UBL may have been a harsh critic of the U.S. but he had undertaken no actions that could be identified at that time. Our last real President tried to get his Saudi family to rein him in, and as soon as UBL performed any overt actions Clinton tried multiple times and ways to have him killed. I don't fault President Clinton for following U.S. and international laws. TP
