capt'n, that's an older case

Metzinger settled with the SEC like they all do, even Merrill. He agreed to the settlement "without admitting or denying guilt." Didn't you read the documents?

FWIW Metzinger has had company after company, all unsuccessful, for the past 30 years or so. Investors have lost millions because of his actions yet this man is allowed to fleece the American investor over and over and over again. From oil fields to gold mines to revolutionary cellular technology and now to nanotechnology.

Have honest investors lost honest money because of Tony? No. They could have saved or made money if they'd listened. Have honest investors lost honey money because of the companies that Tony outed? Yes. Tony stated the truth in his reports. The companies lied and mislead investors in their PRs and sometimes even SEC documents. Big difference here.
