mmmary-- "Metzinger settled with the SEC like they all do, even Merrill." AND A did in the past. If these charges are true they will not be settled as such.

"Have honest investors lost honest money because of Tony?" We will never know but chances are many believed while the dump & poop he orchastrated was going on. Granted some of those would not have survived--- some may have but there was no concern for shareholders, employees, suppliers of seed money.

"The companies lied and mislead investors in their PRs" No,, not much diff if lies were told by A as is alledged. The companies did not resort to paying bribes or extortion unless something was missed in info provided.

IF A is guilty as charged he makes PM look like a saint!

mmmary,

Would you call people who benefitted financially from A's probably criminal activity "honest investors"? It appears that the legal system considers their gains ill gotten and subject to forfeiture. Not to mention possible criminal proceedings against them. If they, as you, believe(d) that it was ok to operate in A's fashion because he was perceived as "fighting for the good guy", then they will not benefit at all but will be very sorry they had anything to do with A. That is what A has given them...big trouble.
So was A helping anyone????? Seems like he was dragging some possibly otherwise honest investors into the gutters with himself.
