Osama bin Laden Phones President Bush!

Osama bin Laden phoned President George W. Bush. "I had a dream about the United States," he said. "I could see the whole country, and over every building and home was a banner," said bin Laden.

"What was on the banner?" asked President Bush.

"LONG LIVE OSAMA!" answered the terrorist scum.

"I am so glad that you called," said President Bush, "because I too had a dream. In my dream, I saw Afghanistan and it was more beautiful than ever; totally rebuilt, and over every building and home was a big, beautiful banner."

"What did the banner say?" asked Osama.

"I don't know," answered President Bush, "I can't read Hebrew."

MSI, Money started leaking out of the Pentagon many decades ago. Regardless of the fact that the shortage appeared to grow from 2001 to 2002, that is no indication that the leakage happened during that period. IMO, the amount missing grew because more pilfering from the past became known to those presently in control of the situation. For anyone to try and lay all, or maybe any, of such a short fall to the Bush administration, is just peeing into the wind to get his boots wet.

MSI,

You are talking about very bad book keeping, and horrible oversight, not robbery.

And of course, between September 2001 and Jan 2002, the DOD didn't spend $1.2 Trillion.
