why should rich people pay 50% in most states in taxes then pay another 50% after death.Its simply unfair, and many people own small business's that are illiquid or worth 50 cents in estate auction. It is simply unfair to penalixe rich people for dying. Maybee corporations who pay a fraction of what individuals pay should pay higher % in tax instead.
