You then changed the subject to "complacency", which is not an issue.

Military battles are not universally beneficial to our security, is the issue.

The fact is, we cannot afford to be complacent, or assume that there will be no further attempts to wreak havoc on our soil.
The fact is if Osama does not attack again, and soon, then Cheney will fabricate some attack to keep the funds flowing out of the tax payer pockets and into Carlyle.
