OT OT, I come to the AMD thread with my hat in my hand after being totally driven crazy by my computer. My problem is that my computer refuses to stay turned off. When I shut it down, it will come back on by itself anywhere between 10 minutes to several hours later. This computer is stand alone and connected to the internet via cable and I am worried that something may be up. The OS is Win ME. I find myself waking up in the middle of the night to check the dam thing and finding it has turned itself back on. I have searched for and found no programs that would do this. What the f is going on? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. TIA, BT
