The USA has all the technology to be an accurate true democracy. A true American believes in democracy. (and low taxes)....imho. note: some ideas and statistics are "science" others are "religion". I am able to separate the two. Many scientists and statisticians can't. note 2. If you preach a certain concept... It may get accepted as true. I find the "The Bellcurve" as tripe. What statistically is happening is very straightforward. The were two "Main order" effects reviewed. Gene and Environment. Nobody bothered to see if there was an "interaction" effect.
