"Anthony is not here to defend himself. You should stop being such a coward and direct your slams to Anthony
when he is able to respond in kind."

1. They are not going to release Elgindy on bail. Even if he rolls over, he is not going to get a slap on the wrist unless he is rolling over on a huge fish. If he has the goods on a fish that is so big that he could get out of doing jail time, my guess is that his life will be in jeopardy and they may put him in a witness protection program. If Elgindy doesn't plead out and goes to trial, it will be a long time before he will get out of prison if he is found innocent. My guess is that if Elgindy gets on the stand - he will be found guilty. Do you propose no one say anything about Elgindy until the end of the trial or until he gets out of jail in 65 years?

2. Elgindy had no qualms attacking Tokoyo Joe for years when Tokoyo Joe could not respond. It is pretty easy to find those posts knocking Tokoyo Joe doing a simple search. For all that Tokoyo Joe did, he was never brought up on RICO charges. Elgindy may not only face criminal charges, but many civil suits including one from the SEC. I am sure Tokoyo Joe is getting a big kick out of Elgindy being arrested by the Feds after all of Elgindy's supercilious posts.

Re : "Your silly seminars on how to analyze stocks using the same technical
indicator 56 different ways is a total fraud in my view."

Fraud ? That's a pretty strong accusation...how did you arrive at that view ?
Did you attend a seminar ?
