Raymond, Adequate personnel to get the policing job done is the problem in tackling too many agencies at one time. The present head of any agency, including the FDA, is not going to act to improve his organization because that would be admitting there is something wrong which very few politicians, or civil servants will do. The job must be done by those outside of the agency.

You're about as much a country boy as Gore. Having a photo- op with a pitch fork in your hand just won't cut the mustard.

Now you present a mystery. How can progress which makes an improvement be stonewalling? Obviously, you do not understand the concept of stonewalling. It means not giving an inch, hotshot.
