I see some recently built apartment buildings that have been sitting empty for months since last Fall. Not rooms, but entire buildings. They're in fairly close proximity to some great jobs at Worldcomm, AOL, XOXO, Winstar, Sprint, MCI, and others.

LOL, they certainly NEVER see it around here.... which is why you can buy RE at 60% of replacement cost about every 10 years. I'm expecting 25% in the office sector this time around.
