New game while driving around Silicon Valley: count the office buildings which AREN'T vacant. Seriously, some of it is eerie. There is an entire office park at McCarthy Ranch in Milpitas with exactly one building occupied, and no chance of the others being taken for years.

So far, almost all the owners of vacant Silicon Valley space are maintaining perfect, fully irrigated landscaping. Makes it even weirder... immaculate and deserted.
