I disagree with this websites "spin" on the basic facts. Especially that part about Kashmir becoming "legally" part of India.

My basic position is that Kashmir should be independent and neutral like it was prior to the fighting in 1947. You
are trying to portray India as having clean hands in this affair and it does not INMO.

Even more than the Kashmiris, the Indian government has an obligation to protect more than 160 million Muslims living in India.

An obligation that the Indian government has fulfilled very well, you might add?
