It may surprise you, I do think that Kashmiris should be allowed to choose their own destiny - if they want to be a part of Pakistan, so be it. But, that should not be done after driving the minorities out of the state. (Ask those 100s of thousands of Kashmiri Pundits living on footpaths). A referundum at this time is by no means can be considered as fair.

If one were to honor terms of independence, like many other provinces did, Kashmir's accession to India is LEGAL. Since your expressed hobby is to write fiction, I do not argue with your assertions much further than this.
