Its not a matter of which, but what. What the market doesn't like these days is uncertainty, creative accounting and tons of debt. TYC's getting punished on all fronts. Lets face it, you bulls had plenty of chances to bail before today.

With the Ceo gone there is now no way to know what bad news will emerge. When he was in place there was an interest in keeping things quiet, now that he's gone it's in the company's interest to clean house. That means divulging everything. Look at Adelphia. Still too risky to play except as a short term play.
